M/s. PSDY & Associates was established in 2004 (formerly known as P S Ramachandran & Co. which was established in 1967 as a sole proprietary concern by Late CA P S Ramachandran. The firm was converted into a partnership in 2004).

With its headquarters in Cochin, Kerala and branches at Chennai, Madurai, Puducherry & Bengaluru, the firm has made dynamic strides in the professional area and has provided variety of services to many Indian Corporate & Individuals. He has varied experience of around 8 years and in the past few years, has been focussed on providing tax and regulatory advice to players in the financial services space with a particular emphasis on financial services and private equity. He is responsible for driving the firm’s Clients & Industries programme which aims to pool expertise across multiple business lines and global network to deliver solutions for the most pressing issues and opportunities our client face. He also leads our Consulting practice. He has adequate experience in forensics, governance, internal audit, revenue assurance, financial risk management, sustainability, with a specialisation in forensics accounting.
